They look like real Birkenstocks! But the foot sole leaves yellow stuff on the bottom of your socks. I got brown which in my opinion, and everyone elses looks real. If you want an even more real birks look i recommend get brown suede!

My only complaint is that the color ""brown"" is actually a mossy color, so, don't choose ""brown"" if you hate ""mossy""."

These are some of the most (if not the most) comfortable casual shoes that I own. I purchased them because of the style and look but after I put them on for the first time I was blown away by how comfortable they are. I have worn them about a dozen different times now and they still are as comfortable as the first and are not showing any signs of unexpected wear. I have not worn any other models of Johnston & Murphy shoes but after the experience I have had with these, I will be giving their other models a shot too.

Not quite as comfortable as the real Birkenstocks, but you can't beat the price. Difficult to tell at this point how well they will hold up, but so far they are fine.

"These sandals are SO comfy. I removed from box adjusting straps to fit snugly to my feet. Wearing with socks since weather is still a little cool.
